BA in Clinical Psychology | Certified Personal Trainer | Certified Holistic Nutritionist
I support clients in achieving total well-being by helping them understand the entirety of who they are as people – not just what’s happening inside our bodies on an anatomical level, but how we interact with ourselves emotionally and environmentally too.
I am here because I found the healthiest version of myself through chronic pain. Whether you’re living with pain, or not – everyone deserves to feel GREAT in their body.
I know chronic pain is often silent and invisible, but I want you to know I believe you.

Healing The Body Has Many Stages
The #1 goal is to cultivate energy on a Mitochondrial level!
This is My Process:
Client Assessment
It’s important that we get to know each other well.
We get to know each other. Together we go over your lifestyle, your history and your goals. We start the foundation for healing and personal growth.
The 4 Considerations of Healing
What is causing damage to your system?
- Emotional Charge: I observe the bioelectrical charge of your nervous system, heightened stress or suppressed emotions.
- Acidic Cellular Environments: I discover your body’s pH levels (acidic / alkaline) via your environment.
- Biomechanical Alignments: I assess your body and postures that may be restricting the body’s ability to breathe effortlessly from the diaphragm, resulting in lack of oxygen.
- Scar Tissue: I look for myofascial adhesions. These are weak collagen fibers formed by fibroblast cells that help reinforce previously injured tissue.
Energetics
Energetic Health is the cycle of energy between: Emotion, Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and Energetics.
I use Body Energetics to determine your wellness therapy recommendation. I establish the connections between your emotions, pH, Autonomic Nervous System and Cellular Biochemistry.
Nourishment
Let’s get you nourished.
I develop your wellness protocol by selecting the nutrients, herbs, supplements (if needed), and organic foods to build your Mitochondrial Energy Production and increase optimal cellular function.
Natural Therapies
The self-care your body has been asking for.
Lastly, I select the appropriate complimentary, essential, and fine-tuning therapies to finalize your healing recommendations.
We will embark on a wellness journey together. Creating balance in mind, body and spirit.

Dear Pain,
Through my own personal experience I always found it difficult to relate to others due to living with Chronic Pain. Living with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and other ailments has proven to be rare and isolating. I can’t imagine what it’s like for others in a similar situation, feeling a lack of connection because they are living with something most people don’t truly understand. Dear Pain has been created for YOU to connect with others who are going through something similar. Sharing your own experience for someone might change the trajectory of their life. If you’d like to be a part of this ever growing community we would love to hear from you and I’m sure someone out there could really use your support.
